Shipping & Returns
We're committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, rates, and more.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not offer shipping to British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Quebec. Coming soon.
- We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 5-10 business days (or earlier if quoted at checkout) after the order has been processed.
- Express Shipping: Expected delivery within 3-5 business days (or earlier if quoted at checkout) after the order has been processed.
- International Shipping: Not available.
Handling Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
- During peak periods, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.
Changes to Orders
- Shipping Address Changes: Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made. Please contact us immediately at support@snailstop.ca if you need to update your shipping address. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may delay the delivery of your order.
- Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible, as the order may already be in the process of being shipped.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Items must include all accessories, and documentation.
Process for Returns
1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at returns@snailstop.ca. Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error occurred with your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
